After securing a Division Championship, the Summit Boys Varsity Baseball Team turn their heads to the State Tournament next week, looking to make an already historic season even more memorable. The 17-6 Hilltoppers have credited wins over programs such as Westfield, Elizabeth, Brearley, and Hanover Park, going a stammering 10-2 in the division this year, one of the best records in recent decades. Although led by a strong Senior class marked by captains Spencer Nicely, Wes Hellings, and Brett Colon, this team has a young core of talented players that will no doubt lead this program to great accomplishments in the future.
