Coming off of a state championship year, the boys soccer program again competed as one of the top public schools in the state. A memorable victory that will be rememberd by this varsity squad was a double-overtime win at home against Elizabeth. With this extremley talented team, multiple players received post-season honors. Senior Sean Hendrie was selected as a Regional All-American. Five players will be receiving All-State Honors: Sean Hendrie, Gabe Malik, Akira Bofinger, Jack Staples and Sebastian Arias. Selected for first team Union County was Sean Hendrie and Akira Bofinger, second team Union County was Jack Staples, Gabe Malik and Sebastian Arias with Graham Buchanan, Sky Boggio and Daniel Farberov receiving Honorable Mention. First team Watchung division was Sean Hendrie, Akira Bofinger, Jack Staples and Gabe Malik with Miguel Sanchez and Lucas Allan receiving Honorable Mention. Best of luck to all of our seniors!
