REGIONAL GROUP 3 NORTH CHAMPS! Summit Varsity Football team won 32-30 win over Pascack Valley! PRIDE, DISCIPLINE, TRADITION - Hilltop Football philosophy both on and off the field. This was a building year for the Hilltopers splitting their season with wins and losses. However we will see many of our key players return next year to continue to grow and mature as young men and athletes under Coach Kostibos.
FRESHMAN
FRESHMAN HILLTOPPERS Summit Freshmen Football completed a dominant season on Saturday with a 7-1-1 record, ending the year on a 6-game win streak and 8-game unbeaten streak that included wins over Cranford, Scotch Plains, Rahway, Linden, Colonia, St Joseph’s of Metuchen, and Morristown and a tie at Hillside. Coaches DeFonzo, Simo and Kenny did a great job getting the boys prepared every week. All seven wins were by at least two scores, including the final game against a good Morristown team which plays in a league of larger schools. Great job by everyone involved!
