The 2022 Girls Volleyball Season began full of expectations and goals set that were just dreams a mere 4 years ago.  The Program has evolved from a combative squad that just lacked a consistent offensive punch to a team who is not afraid to compete with some of the better teams in the state and has surprised some higher ranked opponents in recent history.  The 2022 Team had an identity that the Program had not seen in 11 years,  that of the "Favorite".  With Senior Captain Vivian Roberts chasing the school record in kills and being recognized in pre-season as one of the top players in the state,  Junior Captain Zoe Zacharias shattering the single season record of assists and looking at re-writing every assist record in team history and Senior Captain Cece Webb bringing a winning championship mentality and an unprecedented athletic skill set to the middle blocker position,  the Lady Hilltoppers were not chasing another top team,  they WERE the top team who everyone was looking to take down but the Squad,  across all levels,  were more than capable of handling the challenge and capped it off with the Program's first Divisional Title in 11 years!The 2022 season saw the Lady Hilltoppers win 16 matches, the highest number of wins the team has earned since 2011 and earn the 4th best winning % in program history and the 3rd most wins all-time. The 2022 Team reached the quarter-finals of the state sectional tournament for only the 5th time in program history for the third consecutive time and earned the 2nd highest county tournament ranking in program history. The 2022 Team had 2 players earn All-County recognition (First and Second Team All-County) and 3 players earned All-Conference recognition (2 First Team and 1 Honorable Mention), the 2nd most in program history.
